Modern Day Morons

In July, I posted a comment on socialist Bernie Sanders' on-going attack on Elon Musk, founder of Tesla, Space X, and other business entities that actually make things, employ tens of thousands, and otherwise provide a significant benefit for our country. Unlike Sanders, a do-nothing politician who has accomplished little of real substance in his political career, Musk is a "maker." Sanders on the other hand, is a "taker" who lives by a redistributionist credo that would make Karl Marx applaud.

Now, it looks like another leftist, this time Robert Reich, has decided to pile on. The following twitter exchange is classic:

Sanders and Reich promote an ideology that has destroyed economies and countries (think: Venezuela). They refuse to acknowledge the repeated historical failures of that ideology, and demonize those who prove that free markets work to benefit everyone, including the "workers" who they profess to care so, so much about. It's reasonable to call them "modern day morons."
